“Amazing!! So easy to find Accord rep to get tickets directly next to the entry point. The climb was not for the faint of heart. Be prepared to climb. Wear good shoes and bring a small water bottle. There is a water fountain close to the entry. Having the 3 day pass to explore the cathedral, bell tower and museum was wonderful. Go early in the morning to avoid crowds. Absolutely worth every penny!”

“The line up was long and with only one staff member checking tickets, was very slow. And they opened the doors late. Also GYG sent numerous emails saying tickets were inside, but it turns out that they weren't tickets, and we almost missed out on our timeslot because I had to contact you for the actual tickets - ones with barcodes. And they were sent at the last minute via WhatsApp, not via email or in the GYG app, where all other communication was sent. Very confusing. Not a fan of confusing communication when in a foreign country. :(”

“The experience was good. It was a little confusing as to which entrance to go to, but finally found the correct one to climb the dome. I would say tickets are a must especially skipped the line tickets. Otherwise you wait in line for one hour just to enter the cathedral.”

“we selected a small group tour but it ended up being just me and my partner which was amazing. we got to go in the baptistery and the museum (cathedral line was too long) with our guide and be told us so many facts and it was so interesting! he was super friendly and helpful, recommended times for us to go to the cathedral later in the day (the ticket you get is valid for 3 days after your purchase) and told us where to go for our bell tower climb. 10/10 experience and great value for money.”

“We were extremely pleased with the tour guide. Victoria was very knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. It was also a good time not too short not too long one hour and a half. It gave you the information that you needed to do the rest by yourself. We visited the.Duomo and the square around it, and Victoria made sure to explain everything else so that we could go up all the steps to the tower and to the Dome by ourselves. An extra plus that we didn’t know was that the ticket was valid for three days. So if you want to do the climb of the tower on one…”
