“We had high expectations for this tour as it was costly and we had great experience with viator tours in the past. Unfortunately, this tour was quite dissapointing. First of all, it promised hotel pick up and drop off, and neither were delivered. We started the tour by learning 5 mins before pick up that we had to go to a pick up lcation. We got on the bus at 9:40 and the Pompeii tour started at 11:30 due to total chaos at the Pompeii tour booth.
