“Overall, the process was very easy. The tour operator was simple to find, and once it was time for our scheduled priority entrance, we waited about 10 minutes instead of standing in the much longer general line, which easily looked like an hour or more. As advertised, we were able to skip ahead and get inside quickly, which made the experience much smoother. Seeing the Accademia’s incredible artwork—especially Michelangelo’s David—was truly memorable. That said, next time we visit Florence, we would likely choose a private guide. While the art is stunning on its own, having someone explain the history and meaning behind it would add much more depth and context…”

She was very approachable and answered the many questions we had about italian culture, food, drink, and shopping recommendations. I had seen reviews complaining about a stop where the restaurant served only one raviolo, but realistically it is 4 bites of food. This is nothing to complain about because the raviolo was delicious! Plus the main event of the tour is the Florentine steak, which you definitely want to save room for!”

“Booked so my friend could get a little history since it was his first visit. Our guide was Ryan(?), a bit older gentleman 1ho was so knowledgeable and actually walked slow enough to keep our group of about 15 together (not easy!). We had the annual marathon to deal with but he made the tour seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend and, dont forget to tip your guides!!”
