He even took us to a cliffside restaurant for lunch that had good food and amazing views. He dropped us off at a point in each town and told us what time to come back and where to meet him so we could stay on schedule and see everything we wanted to see during this day. Our tour leader, though very nice, was impossible to understand with a strong accent. The worst part, though, after getting back almost 2 hours after our scheduled time, was when the driver informed us that he couldn’t deliver us to our cruise ship (despite that being promised on our tickets) because his bus was too big. So we spent yet another hour trying to get from downtown to our cruise ship, not covered by Viator.…”

“Great tour of Pompeii. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. After the tour we were left waiting for far too long for our coach to Vesuvius. Must have been two hours which yes it included lunch but hanging around for a hour outside Pompeii entrance for ages in that heat wasn’t pleasant at all. When we were picked up air conditioning on the coach was terrible and it was a very hot day.”
